  We usually take our animals ourselves here to be cremated, and wait to bring them home, which is a decent experience, and inexpensive, but due to our 20yr old cat and how she died, we didn't think we should this time, so we left her at the vet, she was taken and cremated the day after being put to sleep, but it took 8 days until we got her home again, and the price was disgusting, £190 for the smallest cat ever, we chose the scatter tube, which did not include her name or date of birth, nothing, in the past we've had the caskets which are engraved with whatever details you want, £36 for a tube of cardboard and thats without vat, no name/details on the tube disgusting, 20.5yrs of love and devotion my cat minnie gave us, but despite paying £190 for this service, her scatter tube looks like we couldn't care less, I will now be getting an engraved tag to put on it, as ashes with no name is a disgrace, pcs Northampton please put this right in future, to stop the hurt/regret again for future customers and they're fur babies.
